The RoleYou’ll join Tinder’s DACH Marketing team during an exciting phase of creative reinvention and cultural experimentation. This role is social-first and Gen Z-focused, with a clear mission: to shape how Tinder shows up in culture through content, creators, and bold ideas. You’ll contribute across organic and paid channels, support campaign execution, and help bring our brand voice to life in real-time moments. Expect fast-paced collaboration, international context, and lots of ownership from day one.Please note that this role is a 6-month fixed-term contract
Where you’ll work:This is a hybrid role and requires in-office collaboration three days per week. This position is located in Berlin.In this role, you will:Plan and execute social-first campaigns across organic and paid channels, from TikTok to Instagram to whatever’s nextDrive creative development, working closely with internal stakeholders, influencers, and external agenciesCollaborate with global teams to localize Tinder’s voice for the DACH Gen Z communityOwn project management from ideation to reporting, timelines, asset coordination, creative briefingsMonitor performance and optimize content based on KPIs and insightsTrack and share competitor Analysis on regular basisIdentify emerging trends, platforms, creators, and moments, and turn them into Tinder opportunitiesBe the primary point of contact for our Social Agency when it comes to Always on and community management alignment Contribute to cultural insights and user research, fueling relevance and resonanceReport directly to the Sr Director Marketing DACH and collaborate across Product, PR, Business Development, and CreativeYou’ll need:To speak native-level German and fluent English, effortlessly, across channelsA deep understanding of German youth culture, trends, and what really moves Gen ZProven marketing experience, ideally in a brand or agency where social is the heartbeatExperience working with creators or influencers, from scouting to briefing to performance trackingFamiliarity with paid social campaign structures and boosting mechanicsAn instinct for what’s next: you live and breathe trends, memes, and momentsConfidence using tools like GSuite, Asana, and Excel to stay organized and move fastThe ability to juggle projects, deadlines, and details like a proA sharp creative mind with the discipline to deliverReal passion for culture, tech, and inclusive narratives that matterAvailability to jump in ASAP, and commit for 6 months of hands-on impactNice to have: A personal presence or fluency on TikTok, Instagram Reels, or emerging platformsExperience localizing a global brand for a DACH audienceBasic editing or design skills (e.g. Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, Figma)Previous experience in Gen Z–focused industries (e.g. fashion, music, lifestyle, tech, entertainment)Comfort with performance data & turning insights into actionUnderstanding of social-safe legal & brand safety frameworks (especially in Germany)Experience working in or with cross-functional, international teamsAn opinionated POV on what’s working (and what’s tired) in brand marketing for Gen ZCommitment to Inclusion
