What will you do?
As a Marketing Technology & Data Specialist, you are responsible to provide web content management consultation and governance support to ensure the implementation of enterprise web governance, brand, legal, information security and document retention standards within the content delivered for cat.com. The overall goal is to maintain a well-organized, user-friendly web presence that contains relevant regional content that meets the needs of the user audience and meets the goals of the content owners. You will also:
Work with business unit partners to develop and maintain content for cat.com in Europe Africa and Middle East region across multiple language and locale sites
Implement best usage of taxonomy, content management techniques, and governance standards.
Work directly Construction Industries teams in region on content updates, content optimization, and article support
Collaborate with digital marketing teams to define web strategies and new web capabilities to meet the needs of the content owners/creators and user audiences. This may require some consultation with the content owner regarding the business needs and developing a solution that meets marketing needs
Maintain knowledge of functional technology of the authoring system or tools as they change with upgrades and new releases. Educate content authors on these new capabilities and ensure compliance with enterprise web governance.
What you have:

Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.
Relationship Management: Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers.
Digital Marketing: Knowledge of processes, techniques, and platforms of digital marketing; ability to implement or manage digital marketing programs.
Education preferably in Marketing or Communications; or equivalent work experience
Web content experience (content management, content development, taxonomy) preferably with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
Experience consulting/ providing integrated marketing solutions for the enterprise
Must be willing to travel up to 10% of working time
Top Candidates will also have:
Adobe Experience Manager and Google Analytics
Experience implementing web governance standards.
Experience with WCAG AA 2.1 accessibility standards and best practices
SEO and Marketing Campaign experience
