Then become part of our Junior Managers Program (JMP) with a focus on HR Mergers & Acquisitions at Bosch! Here, you can apply your legal knowledge, especially in labor law, in a dynamic environment, develop innovative HR solutions for complex acquisitions and integrations, and drive the transformation in the HR field together with us. As a JMP in the Human Resources area focusing on M&A, you will be dedicated to the task 'People Matter' in a highly strategic context.

Your program in 12-24 months:

Strategic Design: You actively shape the HR strategy in M&A processes, from due diligence and deal structuring to post-merger integration.Labor law expertise: You are our sparring partner for all labor law questions in the context of M&A transactions, analyzing risks and developing solutions for complex legal scenarios. You specifically bring in your expertise as a fully qualified lawyer.Multifunctional collaboration: You work closely with the Corporate M&A, Legal, Finance, and the respective business units to ensure a smooth integration of the HR aspects.Comprehensive insights: You will go through various stations both domestically and internationally, and you will have the opportunity to refine your profile on the topics of labor law, HR transformation, and M&A integration. In this process, you will also gain insights into the classic tasks of an HR generalist and bring entrepreneurial foresight into diverse projects of the Bosch Group.Develop solutions: You develop tailored HR solutions for the integration of workforces, the harmonization of structures and processes, as well as the assurance of employee retention and motivation in times of change.Project management: You are actively involved in various HR and M&A projects, gaining valuable experience in project management and HR strategy.
 

Your development at Bosch:

Individual design: Decide for yourself which start date is best for you and when your permanent employment contract begins. Design your program with up to 6 stations in areas of labor law, HR transformation, HR business partnering, and specialized M&A projects – possibly also in departments outside of HR.Holistic perspective: Expand your individual station planning with themes of the holistic 'employee lifecycle' at Bosch, also in the context of M&A transactions.International experience: Get to know Bosch during a station abroad to understand international HR practices and cultural specifics in M&A transactions.Learning and training opportunities:Enhance your practical experience through a variety of learning and training methods, for which you have an individual budget available, to continuously expand your knowledge in labor law, M&A, and HR strategy.Mentoring: Benefit from the network and the experiences of your personal mentor at the top management level, who will accompany you on your path to becoming a leader.

Qualifications

Personality: You are a strong communicator, enjoy interdisciplinary work, and can convey complex topics clearly. You are characterized by creativity, initiative, and a desire to make a difference together.

Academic background: You have completed your legal studies (fully qualified lawyer) or a comparable degree (e.g., business law with a focus on labor law) with above-average grades. Perhaps you have already successfully completed the specialized lawyer training in labor law, obtained an LL.M., a doctorate, or have some initial professional experience in consulting/law firm.

Experience and know-how: You bring initial practical experience in relevant areas in the form of internships, during your legal clerkship, or you have a maximum of 2 years of professional experience in a comparable legal or HR role. You have international experience of at least three months and are proficient in both English and German.
