The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical approach, advanced skills in data analysis, and a passion for demonstrating Workforce data to enhance decision-making and drive organizational success. This individual will be responsible for using data-driven insights to support key strategic projects along with BAU activities.Role Responsibilities:Analyze workforce demographics, skills, and competencies to support strategic workforce planning and provide actionable insights to optimize staffing levels, talent acquisition strategies, and workforce distribution.Provide standard and ad-hoc data analysis, reports/dashboards, and presentations with insights to customers/leaders using workforce data to support DBSI growth.Supervises the workforce master data (skills, career level, etc.) and continuously report/flag the data gaps in Workforce data and get it resolved/fixed.Conduct Variance Analysis for respective Experience Areas and share insights with EA Leader. This includes in depth comparison of Planned and unplanned roles vs Actuals and sharing key trends and metrics.Perform predictive analytics to forecast HR trends, such as turnover risk, hiring needs.Lead forecasting and reconciliation of HC across all teamsDrive advance forecasting tools & techniques based on work volume analysis and capacity available vs. requirements.Build knowledge on Workday Processes e.g., Internal Transfers, Position Management, Secondment etc. and guide FLMs as needed.Leads cadence on cost & HC transfer from onshore to offshore, attrition.Handles the implementation and responsible for end-to-end internal staffing. i.e., resource planning, resource management, bench engagement, resource utilization.Implement standard processes/tools/technology and drive continuous improvement for WFM functionShould be able to work collaboratively with Operations/Finance/HR/Talent Acquisition/Transformation teams to drive productivity/capacity improvement accounting for HC movement/changesCollaborates with local HR business partners and Sourcing Heads to optimize over-/under- utilization of employees and re-balancing of workload.Monitoring resource utilisation, workload and overtime hours. Customer concern point for staffing conflicts in the business unit. Support redeployment and rebadging of HC with help of talent development/talent acquisition and HR.Experience/skills required: Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field (certifications in HR analytics preferred)What we are looking for:Experience of 4-6 years in resource management in global environmentExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Strong proficiency in MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel to develop reporting capabilities (e.g., Excel Pivots, Graphs, VLOOKUP’s). Knowledge or Macros and Power Automate will be an added advantage.Good analytical skills to drive insights, data management & trend analysis with experience in Power BI as the role requires conceptualization and maintenance of HR Dashboards.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work efficiently with customers at all levels in a collaborative team environment.Able to lead ambiguity and feel comfortable in a dynamic, constantly changing environment and rise to the challenge when new areas of work present themselves.Ability to work with large datasets and ensure data accuracy and integrity.Ability to transform complex HR data into clear, actionable visual representationsExperience with implementation of resource management software is a plus.Flexibility is key to our success.
