Job Description Work with subcontractors to track schedules, payments, and materials  Work with the sales team to be a middleman between the field and sales organizations  Work directly with the customer during execution; Communicate timely and professionally via email, phone, or text  Work with technical resources such as technicians, programmers, and engineers  Work closely with the Service Department to convert projects from construction to Day 2 support  Work with the engineering department to obtain, submit, and revise engineering documents as needed.  Support the Project Directors/ Sales Directors and be proficient in problem solving, customer service, crisis management, expectation setting, supply chain management.  Attend weekly jobsite meetings onsite  Help managers submit pay applications and invoicing  Visit job sites frequently to document progress, meet with field staff, and material handling We are a company committed to creating inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
