As a Junior Logistics Specialist you will be responsible for supporting us in operational tasks in the field of logistics documentation for our organization in Europe.

Your responsibilities:  

Create and approve overseas freight shipping documentation, Check whether logistics providers issued documentation on time,  Secure regular information flow between all involved parties, Work closely with Central Logistics and Planners Teams, Collaborate with stakeholders on different levels inside and outside organization,  Use CI tools to improve existing processes and procedures. 

 

Your profile:

 

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably Logistics Experience in Logistics or a related field is a plus Strong English skills (written and spoken), Comfortable working in an international team, Good MS Office skills (SAP experience is a plus), Organized, analytical, and reliable with deadlines, A team player with great communication skills.

 

 

 

We are hybrid and Flexible:

In Krakow office we work in a hybrid working model, we expect you to be present in the office at least twice a week.
