We’re looking for a Junior Mortgage Processor (Loan Processor I) to join our fast-paced and collaborative team. This role is perfect for someone with 1–2 years of mortgage experience, who’s comfortable managing multiple files and thrives on keeping things moving smoothly. As a Junior Processor, you’ll be responsible for managing your own pipeline, gathering and reviewing documentation, and submitting complete loan files for underwriting. Familiarity with Encompass is a big plus! Key Responsibilities + Pipeline Ownership: Manage a personal pipeline of mortgage files from intake through submission. + Information Gathering: Collect and organize documentation from applicants, bankers, and third-party sources. + Troubleshooting: Review loan data for accuracy and resolve any issues that could delay initial submission. + File Submission: Ensure all required documents are uploaded and submit complete files to underwriting for initial review. + Communication: Coordinate with loan officers, underwriters, and borrowers to gather missing information and clarify documentation. + ✅ Compliance & Accuracy: Maintain high standards of accuracy and compliance with regulatory and company guidelines.
