A great opportunity has arisen for someone to work within the legal consulting team at ReachCentrum, part of the wider ERM group (global pure play sustainability consultancy firm).  

The Legal Counsel will be based in Milan.

The Role

The Junior Legal Counsel ensures accurate, timely and value-added support to the team’s needs for all ReachCentrum service lines.

Job Responsibilities:

Assisting with the preparation of legal documents and contracts, assisting with the signature of legal documentsActing as a liaison among the business and legal for legal requests and coordinating the reviewsAssisting with legal reviews and adviceConducting legal analysis and researchFluent spoken and excellent written EnglishProficient in MS Office applications, in particular Word, Excel and OutlookGood team player, meticulous, high attention to detail, proactive, with good communication skillsPrior REACH Regulation knowledge is a plus.

The successful candidate shall ideally have:

Bachelor’s degree in law1 to 2 years of experiencePassed the bar exam or is not interested in passing the bar examProficiency in English written and spokenExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAttention to details and a commitment to accuracyFlexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.Ability to work effectively in a team environment.Proficiency in MS Office.
