Job Purpose:
A motivated and talented junior lawyer to join our small legal team and contribute to the success of our company.
What awaits you here?
Participation in the preparation, review, and negotiation of contracts and agreements in the pharmaceutical market (distribution documentation, logistics services, operation of the Alphega independent pharmacy concept, operation of our Alphega e-shop, etc.).
Conducting legal assessments and analyses of local regulations, laws, and policies affecting the company's operations.
Providing consultancy in the area of compliance and data protection.
Assisting in the preparation of documents related to the company's corporate agenda.
Collaborating across the company to resolve legal issues arising from business transactions or operational activities.
Working with the global team on legal matters, including compliance and data protection issues.
Participating in resolving legal disputes, including communication with external legal representatives and internal stakeholders.
Continuously monitoring new legislation and preparing a regular monthly report for key company personnel.
Knowledge, skills and Experience Required :
A Master's degree in law from an accredited university.
1-3 years of professional experience as a lawyer in the legal department of a foreign or Czech company or in a law firm (experience in the pharmaceutical market or related fields is an advantage).
Very good orientation in Czech legislation (knowledge in the area of pharmacy is an advantage).
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with a focus on detail and meeting deadlines.
Excellent communication skills.
Interest in long-term cooperation.
Proficiency in office software (MS Office) including legal programs (ASPI).
Proficient in English at C1 level (fluent written and spoken communication).
Czech language is mandatory.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct legal assessments independently.
Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team.
