Applications are invited for the appointment of a Junior Laboratory Associate under the supervision of Professor Dana Westmoreland. The hire will: - Assist in setting up new lab equipment and ensuring its proper working condition. - Assist in the preparation and execution of laboratory experiments, especially by maintaining stock chemicals and reagents and performing routing preps. - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laboratory, including the proper disposal of waste and management of supplies. - Assist in various in vivo projects involving redox enzymes. - Support in the preparation of reports, presentations, and publications by gathering data and literature. The terms of employment, which would be for one year, with a possibility of renewal, include a competitive salary and other benefits.
