We're seeking a proactive professional to explore new business opportunities with regional motor factors, fast-fit centers, and commercial automotive organisations. You'll engage directly with end-user automotive companies, providing on-site technical support and training. Your mission: maximise opportunities for new product listings and capture competitive business in the Automotive Power Tools sector, with a focus on achieving 85% penetration and adding value with Hand Tools. Spend 2-3 days a week working with national accounts, supporting branch-level initiatives and end-user workouts. If you're ready to accelerate your career in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you! **Key Responsibilities** + Account service levels. + To design and implement account development plans for the automotive channel. + To negotiate range pricing and promotional deals. + To maintain high levels of awareness of market and competitor activity, customer trends and provide Business Unit Controllers and team members with this feedback. + To maintain a database of account information containing: contacts, product range, pricing and margins. + To monitor procedures to provide best possible customer service. + To effectively manage the available sales time and account activity, to deliver the desired performance. + To continually develop in depth technical knowledge of product and marketplace. + To gain maximum account penetration and distribution of new products. **Who You Are** You always strive to do a good job…but wouldn’t it be great if you could do your job and do a world of good?
