We are now looking for a Junior Java Developer to develop and maintain our 5G simulator CSIM-FsUE which is an Ericsson’s full stack UE simulator, which simulates UEs and works in several modes: LTE, NR NSA/SA (High-band, Mid-band, Low-band). It includes traffic generator as well as optional functionalities like channel emulation, radio environment and user behavior simulation. The FsUE can verify features, test capacity or throughput of the network and provides different cell and antenna configurations. It is used by both testers and developers of the gNodeB.. Your role will include activities such as: software design, feature integration and verification, writing product documentation, managing Jenkins-based CI environment and product maintenance. Our focus is on Kanban way of working in cross functional development team in which continuous improvement, innovation and knowledge sharing is part of the daily work.

Entry level experience in Python programmingEntry level experience in Docker and containerizationKnowledge of Unit, Functional and Integration testing in Python (e.g., pytest, unittest)Familiarity with Unix/Linux environment (shell scripting, software installation and configuration)Cooperation skills,Good communication skills and opennessWillingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing requirementsAdvanced spoken and written English
Knowledge of will be a benefit:
