You’ll be responsible for configuring, installing, maintaining, and upgrading computer hardware and software while providing excellent support to end users. This role is perfect for someone with foundational IT experience who enjoys troubleshooting and customer interaction. **Key Responsibilities** + Set up, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software across the organization. + Ensure operating system security and perform routine updates to protect systems. + Support data recovery procedures, including scheduling and backups. + Provide operational support for a variety of IT equipment, including servers, desktops, printers, and storage devices. + Monitor system processes and assist in troubleshooting technical issues. + Deliver excellent customer service and support to end users, offering training when needed. + Identify and resolve technical challenges efficiently, escalating complex issues when necessary. + Contribute to IT policies and procedures while ensuring best practices are followed. + Provide guidance to less experienced IT staff and support colleagues as needed. + Maintain detailed knowledge of IT systems and service desk operations. + Perform additional duties as assigned, including occasional after-hours support (in line with local regulations). **What You’ll Need** + Basic IT support or related technical roles. + Strong ability to assist and train end users. + Fluent Turkish and English required + Familiarity with standard applications such as MS Office and Outlook. + Ability to diagnose and resolve IT challenges efficiently. + Works well with others and supports colleagues when needed. + Clear and professional interaction with users and team members.
