About your manager

As the leader of a successful Integrated Business Planning team within the Digital Enablement department, Emilio Alvarado brings experience from both the industry and consulting. With a career journey that has spanned roles across supply chain consulting, business analysis, and solution architecture, Emilio now focuses on process architecture, project management, and people management to drive impactful solutions and team success. Outside of work, he values the importance of disconnecting and recharging. In his free time, he enjoys learning new things, staying active through various sports, and exploring new destinations through travel.

Job Description & summary

As a junior IT Supply Chain Consultant, you will become a part of a small but quickly growing team of highly experienced and specialized experts helping clients to improve their supply chain capabilities.


Your daily job will be to support your senior colleagues with:

Performing an analysis of a broad range of client specific business processes in the area of supply chain

Help clients to understand and define steps needed to successfully implement systems supporting their business needs

System configuration

You design user training courses, create training materials or technical documentation and make an important contribution to project success through go-live support.

After intensive training, you support in the partial moderation of customer workshops, take on project management tasks and prepare workshop results.

Internally, you will further develop our demo system with use cases in coordination with the specialist team and support presales together with your colleagues.

Requirements of the role

0-2 years professional experience

University degree, ideally with a focus on supply chain

You are passionate about the processes related to supply chain management

Understanding basic IT & supply chain concepts

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Communicative English

Team player but at the same time ability to work independently

You are able to quickly learn and adapt to the dynamic environment
