ABOUT THE JOB

Work as part of the TUI Musement Tunisia IT team and with stakeholders who support primarily the TUI Musement sites related to TunisiaAs a Junior IT Specialist, your focus will be on Deskside Support (In Person or Remote) that includes the following responsibilities but not limited to that:M365 supportW11 support (including imaging)Issues troubleshootingGeneral user’s supportOnboarding of Users and devices, including but not limited to iPads, fixed phones, mobiles and point of sales devicesSupporting the back-office where you will act as “Smart hands” for the back-office infrastructure such as but not limited to servers, firewalls, switches, NAS, phone system, etcMaintain high availability during your shift either in the office or if working remote via Microsoft Teams.You will work not only with local and regional teams, but also as part of a global IT team.  You are expected to commit to the continuous growth and development of your IT skillset and soft skills.Assist in end user education to assist in their productivity e.g., help users migrate to OD or Teams. 

ABOUT YOU

Strong customer services skills: polite, professional, and polished. Speak and write fluent English. Some IT experience with Windows 11 and Office 365Collaborative and keen to contribute to the collective knowledge of the team. Experience and /or certifications with iPads, iPhones, Smartphones is also highly beneficial.Any knowledge of cloud solutions and/or any digital platforms is considered as an extra asset.
