Job Description & Summary

What will you be doing:

Technical Support and Communication:

Provide technical assistance to users via phone, email, chat, or on-site;Manage tickets registered in the internal ticketing system;Communicate effectively with external vendors to resolve software/hardware issues and provide support to employees.

Diagnostics and Troubleshooting:

Identify and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues;Perform troubleshooting for various internal applications and systems;Provide dedicated support for Payroll applications.

Equipment Configuration and Maintenance:

Set up workstations and peripheral devices;Inspect and maintain hardware equipment;Install and configure software according to specifications;Ensure backups for critical files;Inventory and manage the IT equipment stock.

Infrastructure and Internal Event Support:

Prepare and maintain meeting rooms from an audio-video configuration perspective;Provide technical support during events and work meetings;Offer printing support and assistance with other peripheral devices.

Documentation and Training:

Record and update incidents in internal systems;Create user guides and training materials;Explain how to use applications and systems effectively.

Collaboration and Teamwork:

Support the implementation of IT solutions and internal projects;Comply with cybersecurity policies;Assist team members in meeting tight deadlines.

What we need from you:

Has a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role;Is a motivated individual, quick learner, shows initiative, and adapts easily in a dynamic environment;Works efficiently in a team, with a professional and enthusiastic attitude;Possesses strong oral and written communication skills, as well as interpersonal abilities;Speaks English at an advanced level;Has experience with Windows, Android, iOS applications, and knowledge of networking or computer science (considered a plus);Holds an ITIL Foundation certification (considered an advantage).
