You’ll help analyze data, define requirements, and improve how we build and deliver software. This is a great opportunity to grow your skills, work on meaningful projects, and learn from experienced mentors in a supportive environment. **What You’ll Do** + Collaborate with product owners, engineers, and designers to understand business goals and technical needs + Help gather and document functional and technical requirements + Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, and testing activities + Create user stories, process flows, and data mappings + Analyze data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement + Work with stakeholders to ensure alignment and clear communication + Usage of Jira, Confluence, and analytics platforms **What You Bring** + 1–2 years of experience in a business analyst, technical support, QA, or related role + A basic understanding of software development and Agile practices + Strong problem-solving skills and a desire to understand how things work + Comfortable with spreadsheets, basic queries, or data tools + Excellent written and verbal communication skills + A positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow in a collaborative team **Nice to Have** + DevOps understanding + Exposure to APIs, databases, or system integrations + Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, or SQL + Experience in a tech company, startup, or fast-paced environment **Let’s Build Together** We value potential and enthusiasm just as much as experience.
