Junior International Traffic Export Analyst

**Meaningful Work From Day One:**
The Junior International Traffic Export Analyst is responsible for managing export-related invoices, coordinating export sample shipments, and ensuring compliance with export regulations. This role involves maintaining control of internal audits, collaborating on security system audits, and following up on audit findings to mitigate supply chain risks.
**What You Can Expect:**
+ Supports the export team by processing expense accounts and invoices, and preparing monthly expense and compliance reports.
+ Manages export files in accordance with Customs Law, including documentation uploads and dead file management.
+ Coordinates export sample shipments, including document preparation and communication with customs agents and internal clients.
+ Conducts monthly export internal audits to ensure compliance and coordinates meetings to review findings and implement corrective actions.
+ Maintains and updates export instructions for customs brokers.
+ Supports foreign trade audits by gathering necessary documentation.
+ Participates in supply chain security programs and audits with business partners to ensure compliance with C-TPAT and AEO requirements, and follows up on findings to mitigate risks.
**What You Bring to the Table:**
+ 1 - 3 years of experience in international trade, with knowledge of AEO and C-TPAT certifications, international logistics, customs regulations, and trade compliance.
+ Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and track commitments from stakeholders.
+ Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships.
+ Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
+ Demonstrated ability to plan, prioritize, and complete work within established timeframes.
+ A proactive approach to identifying and implementing process improvements.
+ Strong collaboration skills.
+ High proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
+ Strong Microsoft Office skills.
