What can you expect?
The candidate will play a role in the coordination and execution of Marsh ICG activities, liaising internally networking with the entire business and Marsh Placement and externally with the Insurers/clients of the ICG network.
What’s in it for you?
Contributes to business planning, reporting on insurance trends and growth and decline monitoring of various insurers, coordination of meetings between the Marsh business and major Insurance Companies;
Prepare detailed reports on potential business pipelines and monitor the progress of various negotiations for different insurance products.
Participate in cross-functional teams and build relationships with key stakeholders.
We will count on you to:
Support the operation, coordination and updating of the various dedicated platforms with marketing and reporting functions for Insurers;
Manage training sessions for customers and support them in improving their skills;
Conduct an in-depth analysis of the needs of the insurance market and the development potential of certain products to identify opportunities for improvement;
Participate in change management activities and business benefit realization plans to ensure successful delivery of key priorities;
Preparation of power point presentations;
What you need to have:
University Degree, preferably in Economics (Management, Finance, Risk Management, etc.), Law, International Relations, Political, Social and Organizational Science, achieved within the last 12 months or close to obtaining and a brilliant academic path;
Fluency in English and, preferably, in a second language;
Consolidated advanced skills in using the main IT-tools (especially Microsoft Office Package, Excel and Powerpoint).
