Kent is looking for a Junior Instrumentation Designer to be based in Baytown, TX.
You will understand instrumentation project requirements, create drafts and final designs, pitch creative ideas, collaborate with team members, and incorporate feedback to improve designs.
Skills and Responsibilities:Responsibilities:
Prepare and project implementation plans, drawings and diagrams of each projectApply specific knowledge, standards and norms established for each document, in order to guarantee that the requirements and needs raised by the client are met and the Projects within the deadlines defined in the Detailed Work Program and with the Quality and Compliance parameters stipulated in the Value PromiseSupport the Instrumentation Engineers in the preparation, review, complementation or expansion of the generally applied technical standards, in accordance with procedures established by the Company and Client requests, in order to optimise and facilitate development of the projectsParticipate in the solution of findings from internal audits, periodic verifications and/or non-conformity reports issued by the Quality Area, according to the request of your Immediate Manager, in order to support the realisation of activities that allow closing corrective and/or preventive actions for the timely development of improvement actionsUnderstand project requirements and conceptsUse various techniques to create drafts, models and prototypesProduce final implementation design solutionsPitch creative ideasCollaborate with team members to launch projectsIn addition to the responsibilities listed herein, the employee may be required to perform other ad-hoc tasks as needed or directed by the supervisor or management.
