The opportunity:

We are looking for Junior In-House Legal Counsel and welcome applications from motivated individuals eager to grow their career in our dynamic environment.

Your Key Responsibilities

Providing assistance to Country General Counsel in following areas:

Legal research and legal advice in various areas of law (mainly corporate, commercial and labor) for jurisdictions of Serbia, Montenegro and Bosnia and Herzegovina Legal support to engagement teams (drafting and negotiating commercial agreements) and internal functions (HR, finance, office administration and marketing) Data privacy, anti-money laundering and other compliance matters Drafting and updating various internal legal regulations Assisting in M&A and corporate restructuring projects

 

Skills And Attributes For Success

Degree in Law Preferably up to 3 years of related working experience in a multinational company or top tier law firm Excellent writing and verbal communication skills Team player, detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Fluent English, both spoken and written Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools.
