Job Description Position: Junior HSEQ Inspector
Location: Germany, Hamburg

Description:
A reputable company is seeking a Junior HSEQ Inspector to support ongoing Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) operations. The successful candidate will have sailing experience, a solid understanding of maritime safety practices, and be fluent in German.

Responsibilities:
Supports vessel and offshore HSEQ inspections in line with client and regulatory standards Assists with the documentation of safety compliance and audit findings Participates in onboard safety walks, toolbox talks, and crew engagement Contributes to incident investigations and the implementation of corrective actions Works closely with senior HSEQ personnel and client representatives Promotes a strong safety culture across operational teams Requirements:
Proven sailing experience  Understanding of HSEQ principles and maritime regulations Fluent in German (spoken and written) Strong attention to detail and reporting skills
