Junior HR Specialist

Your responsibilities:

Use a case management system to track requests and transfer or escalate cases to other tiers for efficient issue resolution.

The primary goal of the Shared Service Center Specialist is to ensure effective issue resolution while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency across FME operations.

Handle intake for all HR Operations-related inquiries and escalate or share them with the appropriate parties as needed.

Ensure timely case resolution and follow through to completion to provide the best possible customer experience.

Track and monitor cases to identify root causes of recurring issues.

Communicate with customers through multiple channels, including the ticketing system, phone, and email.

Administer HR employee life cycle transactions using modern HR systems such as Workday, PeopleDoc, and others.

Our requirements:

Bachelor's degree, preferably in human resources management, business or related field

Previous experience of supporting Poland region or knowledge of Polish legislation would be a strong asset

Ability to effectively address challenging situations related to customer issues/complaints

Excellent interpersonal skills

Ability to apply sound judgment and discretion with sensitive information

Ability to operate successfully and multitask in a fast-paced environment
