YOUR ROLE
Support HR Business Partners in daily collaboration with managers and employees
Participate in onboarding and offboarding processes
Assist in talent development programs (e.g., High Potentials, Mentoring)
Prepare HR documentation (job offers, job descriptions, organizational charts)
Organize and deliver soft skills training (e.g., communication, teamwork)
Create HR reports and analyses (e.g., employment metrics, exit reasons)
Support internal communication and culture-building initiatives
Collaborate with HR teams in Krakow and across the EMEA region on HR projects
YOUR BACKGROUND
University degree (preferred fields: HR, psychology, sociology, law)
2–3 years of experience in HR (e.g., HR Generalist, HR Specialist, Recruiter)
Knowledge of HR processes: onboarding, offboarding, performance reviews, training, personnel administration
Strong relationship-building and communication skills across organizational levels
Proactive, independent, and well-organized
High level of discretion and professional ethics
Willingness to learn and grow
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Familiarity with Workday is a plus
Very good command of English (min. B2/C1) – both spoken and written
