Junior HR Business Partner
Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated Junior HR Business Partner to join our EPDM HQ business unit in Amsterdam. In this role, no day is the same, and you can expect to make a real impact. As a Jr. HRBP, you'll have the opportunity to support and enable our employees, driving business outcomes and contributing to the growth and development of our organization.

Join our team and play a vital role in providing frontline support to our employees. Working closely with team leaders, employees, and managers, you'll ensure the smooth delivery of day-to-day people operations while driving standard processes in employee engagement, compliance, and performance.

Key position responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Collaborate with the HR team to support the onboarding and integration of new hires in the business Assess HR compliance and ensure documentation is up-to-date, promoting a culture of transparency and accountability Support the HRBP with routines, employee engagement surveys, sick leave cases, and promote a positive workplace culture Guide employees around maternity and paternity leaves Drive continuous improvement in HR processes and employee experience Collaborate on HR employment matters, promote performance feedback culture, and support performance appraisals and leadership coaching Provide proactive HR support to leaders and staff Support internal recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher – Preferably in HRM At least 2-3 years of demonstrable experience in HR Fluent proficiency in English
