We are looking for our new team member, who will provide HR business partnership to relevant organizations under the responsibility of the HR manager. **In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:** + Act as first HR contact for employees + Build and maintain sound relationship with employees with all level within the organization + Provide counseling and solution for employees and leaders in line with business needs + Understand, explain and support policies, procedures and management decisions with employees + Drive the implementation of the HR & management processes and tools (e.g. performance review) across the organization + Coordinate recruitment process by understanding business needs and proposing short list of candidates to the recruiting manager + Ensure proper job description is available and filed for all positions/employees + Conduct job offers + Facilitate exit interviews and identify necessary actions + Support annual training plan **Who You Are:** You focus on crafting an effective collaborative style.
