Junior HR Business Partner
**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:** First HR contact for employees Build and maintain strong relationship with employees with all level within the organization Provides counseling and solution for employees and leaders in line with business needs Understanding, explaining, and supporting policies, procedures and management decisions with employees Drive the implementation of the HR & management processes and tools (e.g. performance review) across the organization Drive recruitment process by understanding business needs and proposing short list of candidates to the recruiting manager Ensure proper job description is available and filed for all positions/employees Conduct job offers Facilitate exit interviews and identify necessary actions Support annual training plan **Who You Are:** You focus on creating an effective collaborative style.
