Junior HR Administration Specialist

**Please note this is a 2 years fixed-term contract**
**What you will do:**
+ Maintains HR records (including personnel files). Provides administrative support and prepares personnel documentation (contracts, addenda’s etc); manages the efficient flow of the workload and data collection
+ Takes active part in onboarding (including pre-onboarding activities related to documentation) and offboarding employee processes
+ **Works in service driven environment, ensures appropriate case management documentation utilizing myHR portal** (providing assistance in HR-related)
+ Contribute to process improvements (proactive ongoing assessment).
+ Provides exceptional customer service to employees by maintaining contact via channel agreed upon.
+ Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of employee information, such as personal details, employment contracts, benefits, and performance reviews. Handle confidential information with sensitivity and in compliance with data protection regulations. Guide employees on HR policies, procedures, and employment-related matters. Ensure compliance with legal requirements and internal policies, including maintaining employee handbooks and updating policies as needed
+ Utilize HR software and databases to input, update, and retrieve employee data.
+ Compile and submit reports as necessary.
+ Stay updated on HR laws, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance. Assist in drafting and updating HR policies and procedures accordingly
+ Perform general administrative tasks
**What you need:**
Required:
+ Fluent English and Polish
+ Minimum one year of experience in HR Administration
+ General knowledge of HR regulations and processes
+ Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Business Administration or any related field
Preferred:
+ Knowledge of the Polish Labour Law
