Junior Graphic Designer & Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a motivated and creative individual to join our small, dynamic team as a Junior Graphic Designer & Marketing Coordinator. In this entry-level role, you will work closely with the Marketing Manager and assist with a range of tasks, including creating visual design materials, managing marketing content, supporting social media efforts, and contributing to exhibition set-ups. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in both graphic design and marketing within a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Design Support:

Assist with creating visual content for various media, including catalogues, flyers, website tiles, and social media posts.Design and implement layouts, illustrations, and promotional materials for both print and digital platforms.

Software Proficiency:

Use Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign to create and edit visual elements, ensuring high-quality results.

Content Creation & Social Media:

Support in the creation of engaging marketing materials, such as social media content, email newsletters, and promotional materials.Help manage and maintain social media accounts, engaging with followers, and contributing to the overall social media strategy.

Campaign Support:

Assist with marketing campaign execution by tracking performance, analyzing data, and providing insights to improve results.

Project and Administrative Support:

Help with project organization, scheduling, and meeting deadlines.Perform administrative tasks such as managing databases, organizing materials, and assisting with event coordination and client communications.

Exhibition Support:

Support the marketing manager in setting up and dismantling exhibition stands, ensuring the setup aligns with branding and display guidelines.

Research & Trend Awareness:

Stay informed about current design trends, marketing practices, and industry updates to contribute fresh ideas and insights.

Client Interaction:

Provide support in client communications, assisting with presentations and feedback as needed.

Skills and Qualifications:

Design Skills: A solid understanding of design principles, typography, layout, and visual communication.Software Proficiency: Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), as well as other relevant design and marketing tools.Creativity: Ability to generate creative ideas and solutions for both design and marketing tasks.Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and quality in design execution and content creation.Communication Skills: Clear and effective written and verbal communication to collaborate with team members and clients.Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of organization.Adaptability & Problem-Solving: Flexibility to adjust to changing priorities and the ability to resolve challenges efficiently.Time Management: Skilled in balancing multiple projects while maintaining attention to deadlines.Analytical Skills: Capable of analyzing marketing data to make informed decisions and optimize campaigns.
