Junior Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer supports the marketing and communications team by designing and producing visual content that promotes the company's telecom services and brand identity. This role is ideal for a creative self-starter eager to grow in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Duties / Responsibilities:

Conceptualize, design and build production files for a wide variety of materials. Prepare preliminary designs through final products, including but not limited to investor relations, marketing materials, advertisements, label and package designs, event materials, newsletters, company logos, stationery and presentations. Communicate with brand management leadership on daily basis, work and/or support other design teams as needed. Work closely with department heads on all creative requests including creative for all social media. Proofread all comps, printer's proofs, and printed samples before release to the printer. Communicate with suppliers, vendors, and Business Managers regarding artwork. Integrate new ideas for packaging, printing, displays, signage, print media, and updated equipment. Website design and edits, including splash page and landing page creation. Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance. Receive and apply feedback to improve design skills and output. Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.

Minimum Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

Associate or Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media or related field. At least 2 years’ of experience for Junior Graphic Designer (internship or freelance acceptable). 5 years’ of professional experience for Sr. Graphic Designer. Comprehensive portfolio of past graphic design work samples. Proven ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously. Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat Pro) and common business software, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Comfortable and effective working with senior-level executives and external entities. Meticulousness, imagination, and a passion for design, aesthetics, and high-quality work is essential.
