We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our trading group as a junior trader. In this role, you will support the overall trading business across FX/Derivatives desks so that the trading group can achieve the profit target. Successful candidate will also support pricing, executing FX/Derivatives trades and hedging risks in response to client requests. Candidate will ensure compliance with risk limits, local regulations, internal procedures, and market conducts and develop own knowledge, abilities, and experiences as a junior trader. **What you will be doing:** + Support the overall trading business across FX and Derivatives desks as a junior trader + Maximize profitability through active risk-taking while ensuring adherence to risk limits and product mandates + Price, execute and hedge FX/Derivatives products in response to client requests + Ensure strict compliance with regulatory policies, standards and business principles + Driven to develop strong capability in trading G10/Asian CCYs + Make relevant reports to regional head office/risk control department + Manage operational and administrative tasks of trading group **What we are looking for:** + Minimum Bachelor's degree, degree in economics, mathematics and finance preferred + University graduate or a few years of experience in the related field + Understanding of FX/Derivatives and strong quantitative proficiency + Superb team player, team focused and willing to be part of a team culture + Healthy risk appetite and fast decision-making ability + Ability to work under stressful and time critical conditions + Accuracy, thoroughness and attention to detail in aspects of work product + Excellent written and spoken communication skills + CFA/FRM holder preferred We regret to inform that only shortlisted candidate will be contacted. \#LI-DNI Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group (MUFG) is an equal opportunity employer.
