Job Description
💼 What You'll Do
This is a project-based role within the R2R domain — no operational bookkeeping, just strategic support and process enhancement.
You will:
Contribute to R2R process improvement projects, including balance reconciliation and month-end close optimization
Help develop and standardize end-to-end R2R management frameworks
Strengthen internal controls and ensure compliance across processes
Drive automation and digitalization initiatives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across regions
Support KPI reporting and development at an EMEA level
Foster a culture of continuous improvement
Note: Accounting operations are handled offshore — your focus will be on project support, reporting, and process excellence.
🎯 What We're Looking For
Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or finance
Solid understanding of month-end close processes and general accounting principles
Prior exposure to AP/AR or financial projects is a plus
Experience in a multinational environment preferred
Strong Excel skills (functions, pivot tables)
Fluent English communication skills
Detail-oriented, analytical mindset with a proactive approach
No need for US GAAP or IFRS expertise — we value practical experience and curiosity more than formal frameworks.
