About the department:

You will be part of the Business Support team at Local Manufacturing Iran. Our department plays a critical role in supporting the financial and operational activities of the site. The team is dynamic, collaborative, and committed to excellence in everything we do. Located in Tehran, our site is a hub of innovation and operational efficiency, where your contributions will directly impact the success of our local manufacturing operations.

The position:

Control and analyse shop floor operations, perform stock analysis, and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve ERP system errors, while adhering to Novo Nordisk’s costing and accounting principles.Execute production accounting operations in the local ERP system and prepare tailored financial reports for stakeholders.Ensure compliance by executing internal controls, documenting findings, and performing month-end operations in alignment with global and local timelines.Assist in budget preparations, control investments in the ERP system, and participate in year-end activities like stock counts, while collaborating with affiliate finance teams during audits.Drive improvement projects to enhance processes, including developing tools and KPIs for greater efficiency.

Requirements:

A degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related fields; at least 2 years of experience in finance and business controlling, with a focus on production controlling and accounting.Proficient in English (written and oral), advanced Excel, solid Microsoft PowerPoint, and local ERP (Rahkaran) knowledge preferred.Strong business process understanding, stakeholder-focused, results-oriented, and innovative with a value-added approach.Excellent communication abilities and strong interpersonal skills to foster collaboration.Flexible and welcoming of change; curious about different cultures.
