Accounting and Administrative Support:
Manage the accounting of purchase invoices.Maintain and update financial databases, ensuring data accuracy, verification, and secure backups.Provide administrative support, including document archiving and assisting the sales team with resolving inquiries related to account balances and bank account changes.Statutory and Regulatory Compliance:
Prepare and submit tax models such as Intrastat, customs declarations, and CBAM (Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism).Draft and submit statistical reports for the National Institute of Statistics (INE).Audits and Grants:
Collaborate in the preparation and management of grants.Participate in financial audits, both internal and external.Process Improvement:
