**Job Description Summary**
Junior Engineer will be responsible for executing and inspecting aerospace hardware in NDT & Testing operations in FCOE
It is responsible for establishing and continually improving customer satisfaction as per AS9100D, NADCAP & relevant customer & regulatory approval norms.

**Site Overview:**
Our Multi-modal Manufacturing Facility (MMF) in Pune plays a crucial role in manufacturing key aerospace components, supporting not only India’s defense and commercial sectors but also global aviation supply chains. Our relationships with Indian suppliers, combined with our world-class local facilities and global reach, continue to shape India’s aerospace ecosystem.
**Role Overview:**
+ Work hands on across shifts in NDT / Testing cells in Aerospace function
+ Ensure that the Production line & products meet quality & compliance requirements.
+ Coordinate with Quality & Line Leaders to discuss and resolve product quality issues.
+ Train & Lead qualification of team personnel’s.
+ Assist in new product development activities to avoid quality issues.
+ Coordinate AS / NADCAP & other relevant audits.
+ Work with leadership to improve quality management system based on audit results.
+ Work in compliance to the site and regulatory safety & quality norms.
**The Ideal Candidate:**
The employee will be responsible for working as a NDT / Testing inspector in Aviation line production Quality operations.
**Required Qualifications** **:**
+ Diploma in engineering
+ 2 Years + of Experience in aerospace / aviation Engineering industry is a must
+ Strong hands-on experience and qualification in performing UTT & Hydro pressure testing operations, process control checks & working per GE-Aerospace specific customer P specs, third party and other international regulatory norms, visual inspection of finished & purchased product norms.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Working knowledge of Aerospace Prime requirements along with NADCAP.
+ Documented hands-on work experience / existing hydro process qualification.
+ Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with good oral and written communication skills.
