Our Multi-modal Manufacturing Facility (MMF) in Pune plays a crucial role in manufacturing key aerospace components, supporting not only India’s defence and commercial sectors but also global aviation supply chains. Roles & Responsibilities:

Must completed 1000 OJT hours per NAS 410 in Computed Radiography. Candidates having Level 2 certification in CR shall be preferredWork closely with manufacturing / production & Quality system teams to develop and implement AS 9100 procedures & systems & support driving ends to end production quality flow downs.Willingness to work & get qualified to Cross functional quality cells along with working with HPT teams for daily analysis of yield improvement, EHS & process improvisation projects.Contribute to continual improvement through audit programs, assessment / of various non-conformances and driving corrective actions identified through Root Cause Analysis.Understanding of site quality QMS procedures & policies.Understanding of process & yield improvement tools like RCA, KAIZENS, 7 QC tools etc.Inspecting production hardware, attending to customer complaint analysis & stock verifications where required.Providing technical analysis and evaluation both manually and automatically to assigned inspection processes.Providing training, and support to shop operations, design and manufacturing to assure effective Quality AssuranceMaintaining awareness of the latest inspection techniques & processes and their beneficial and limiting aspects for optimum application
 

 

The Ideal Candidate:
Candidate must have completed NAS 410 – Xray Level 2 certification or possess 1000 hours of OJT in Xray

 

Required Qualifications:

Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Production EngineeringMin 2 + Years of Experience in Aviation industry in the fields of aviation NDT in Radiographic Testing & quality inspection.Working knowledge of AS 9100 and internal requirements.Strong working knowledge of GD&T, drawings & specifications interpretation
 Preferred Qualifications:Follow and drive safety culture within a teamKnowledge of Aviation / Aerospace NDT standards, ASTM Standards, working knowledge of NAS 410 qualification requirementsKnowledge of Basic Lean and Six Sigma Methodology
