Create Work Instruction for New Product and Update Work Instruction for Engineering Changes, Support Cycle time estimation study and NRE estimation (NRE) estimation for Request for Quote (RFQ) preparationCreate Process Failure Mode Effect Analysis for New productSupport for Tools, Jigs & Fixture design for product assemblySupport for Design for Manufacturing, Design for mechanical assemblySupport for Penalization for PCB fabricationPrepare Daily plan / production down time analysis reportSupporting for convert PCB cad files and 3D cad files from one format to another format.Prepare Over all equipment efficiency report (OEE) and Equipment utilization reportPerform Multiphysics stimulationThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:
Skilled in Fixture Tools design softwares like Solidworks, Auto CAD , Creo etc..Should have very good knowledge in Manufacturing tool designing processRecognize the manufacturing process, technologies, techniques, and the product.Define, implement, and evaluate proposed designs and processes for manufacturabilityDevelop and maintain process documentation.Provide continuous development of manufacturing techniques that will improve in-house capabilities and gives in.Participate in activities pertaining to cycle time and process improvements.Aptitude to work with a multi-functional team to define requirements and suitable metrics for the performance of new products and process.Knowledge & direct experience in NPI operations and manufacturing engineering.Able to perform root cause analysis and resolve problemsExperience with Continuous Process Improvement, Kanban and Lean manufacturing principals.Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic startup environmentWork with other engineering team members to improve existing design or Process.Knowledge of MS office and MS outlookExcellent written and oral communication skills MANDATORY.Good analytical skills.Coaching & mentoring skills.What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:
