Job Requirements

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for validating battery, power, and thermal performance of electronic devices, with a focus on scripting and hardware understanding. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior engineer with 2-5 years of experience to grow their skills and contribute to the development of innovative products.

Work Experience

Key Responsibilities:

Battery, Power, and Thermal Validation:Design and execute validation tests to ensure battery, power, and thermal performance meet product requirements.Develop and maintain test plans, procedures, and reports.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues.Scripting and Automation:Develop scripts using languages such as Python, MATLAB, or LabVIEW to automate testing and data analysis.Create and maintain tools to improve testing efficiency and accuracy.Hardware Understanding:Familiarize yourself with electronic device architecture and components.Troubleshoot hardware issues related to battery, power, and thermal performance.Data Analysis and Reporting:Analyze test data to identify trends and areas for improvement.Create reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.Collaboration and Communication:Work closely with engineers, technicians, and other stakeholders to achieve project goals.Communicate technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements:

Education: Diploma, Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.Experience: 2-5 years of experience in battery, power, and thermal validation, or a related field.Technical Skills:Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, MATLAB, or LabVIEW.Experience with electronic device architecture and components.Knowledge of testing and validation principles.Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools.Soft Skills:Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.

Nice to Have:

Certifications: Relevant certifications such as ISTQB or Certified Test Engineer.Experience with: Electronic design automation (EDA) tools, simulation software, or thermal analysis tools.Knowledge of: Industry standards and regulations related to battery, power, and thermal safety.
