Job Description – Junior EMEA Business Operations Analyst

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical junior EMEA Business Operations Analyst to join our team at Arrow EMEA. In this role, you will manage and maintain our vendor product repository, ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of our product catalogue across multiple systems. This position requires strong collaboration with internal stakeholders and external vendors, along with a proactive approach to data quality and process improvement.
 

What You Will Be Doing at Arrow?

Maintain and update Arrow’s EMEA product catalogue and vendor price listsClassify and enrich product data, including segmentation, item granularity, and logistics attributes (e.g., weight, size)Ensure timely data updates aligned with financial and vendor closing calendarsCollaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Operations, Finance, Business Analysts, and IT on compliance and legal-related topicsMonitor data quality and perform gap analyses for system/platform improvementsPrepare regular reports and provide support for internal queriesParticipate in user acceptance testing (UAT) as neededBuild and maintain strong vendor relationships to support catalogue accuracy and business continuity

What Are We Looking For?

Fluency in English (written and spoken)Excellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and V-lookupsProactive, detail-focused, and highly accountableStrong communication skills and a team-oriented, can-do mindsetBachelor’s degree is an advantage
