Job Description
Insight Global is looking for Junior Desktop Support to join one of our largest financial service clients sitting in Downton Manhattan. They will be joining the Enterprise Technology Operations Group specially on the Client Services team. You will be working with an onsite 5 days a week with a team of 3 other technicians to support roughly thousands of end users across in the New York City office. The ideal candidate will be career oriented with extensive experience in a hands-on IT support role, excellent communication skills, ability to interact/support with executives and a willingness to learn new technologies. Most of the work will be L1 support but could vary with any ad-hoc requests from the end users. This person should have experience supporting a wide variety of end user software and hardware, and be looking to grow within an organization.

Skills and Requirements
-2+ years of experience working in a Desktop Support role within an enterprise organization
-Experience supporting Windows environments and Microsoft Suite
-Experience troubleshooting and resolving L1 support issues
-Use of ServiceNow ticketing system Experience supporting Macs
Experience supporting/troubleshooting mobiles devices null
