Kforce has a client that is seeking a Junior Desktop Support in Columbus, OH. This position is open as part of a desktop refresh project requiring 12,000 devices across multiple locations to be updated, including proper cable management and workstation organization. This is a 100% onsite role and would be a great fit for someone who enjoys hands-on work. Summary: The Junior Desktop Support/Workstation Setup Specialist will be organizing and tidying cables for 1,200 workstations, ensuring a neat and functional setup. This is an essential part of a larger IT refresh initiative. The candidate will be going desk to desk to ensure everything is tidy, connected properly, and will be following pictures. They will be estimating 20-30 minutes per desk and going to each of the 12K workstations in 3 locations. This resource if finished early could jump in to help the Senior Resource with re-imaging.
