The Digitas team are looking for a hungry Junior Designer to join their dynamic team in Sydney. In this role you would support the creative team day to day in delivering high quality visual solutions across a wide range of formats including digital, branding, social and campaign assets.
This role is ideal for someone just starting out in their career or who has just graduated, and who has a thirst for knowledge and a taste for what great creative looks like.
You will be guided and supported by our experienced senior creatives to bring ideas to life and to contribute to the creative process from concept to execution.
If you are ready to build foundational skills, embrace automation and AI-enhanced creativity, and work on some of the biggest brands in the country, this role is for you.
**Your day to day will consist of:**
+ Assisting in the creation of design assets across digital, social, CRM and brand projects, ensuring alignment with creative briefs and brand guidelines.
+ Collaborating with designers, copywriters, creative directors, delivery experts and account teams to support the development of campaign concepts and visual storytelling.
+ Preparing and packaging up assets for production or development, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
**The person we are looking for has / is:** ** **
+ Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Photoshop, After Effects, Premier Pro)
+ If you have experience in After Effects and Premier Pro, this is an excellent bonus as we live in a world of motion, animation and video
+ Understanding of design principles, typography, layout and colour theory
+ Basic knowledge of preparing assets for digital production
+ Thirst for knowledge
+ A keen eye for detail and great taste for brilliant creative
+ Excellent communicator and organisation techniques
+ Ability to take on feedback constructively and apply it to improve the work
