In this exciting position, you will play a vital role in loading an accurate regional consensus forecast and developing demand scenarios (risks & opportunities) on the assigned products and country portfolios. You will ensure the smooth inbound flow of materials and make inventory allocation decisions that protect our quality, customer service, and revenue in line with our CREDO values. Learn more at https://www.jnj.com/medtech **You will be responsible for:** + Collaborating with various stakeholders across the EMEA Region to manage and consolidate the Regional Demand Plan. + Ensuring alignment between the Demand Plan and Business Plan, proactively identifying and addressing any gaps to meet our targets. + Delivering and monitoring our End-Customer Service Commitment, ensuring optimal service levels while effectively managing backorders. + Manage inventory levels in regional distribution centers by reviewing Demand Plan, Safety Stocks, Lead Times and any other relevant system parameters, propose improvements of the planning processes and parameters, and understand the impact of the required changes. **Qualifications/Requirements:** + A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in Business, Logistics, or Engineering. + Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint to analyze and present data effectively. + Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., JDE 8.12 and S4HANA), planning tools (e.g., OMP), and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau) is a plus. + Strong analytical and numerical skills, with a knack for understanding complex systems and a team-oriented mindset. + Fluency in English.
