Junior Date Analyst:
We are seeking a talented individual to join our IT team at Marsh McLennan. This role will be based in Mexico City. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
As an IT Business Analyst, you will assist Senior Analysts in writing business requirements and functional specifications for new systems, while also supporting the documentation of results and helping to gather requirements from clients and users.
We will count on you to:
Assist Senior Analysts in writing business requirements and functional specifications for new systems.Record modifications to existing systems and support the documentation of results.Help prepare and update status reports and task planning activities.Follow the Change Management process for enhancements and act as a point of contact for recipients of the Functional Design document.What you need to have:
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.Proficiency in Excel and advanced English.Strong skills in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint.What makes you stand out:
