About the Role:

As a Junior Data Modeler, you will support the development and maintenance of  Enablon’s conceptual and logical data structures. Enablon has a very rich product ecosystem which is very data centric:

Our systems need to share data to support joint use cases where products interact with each other and share the same data referential (locations, sites, organization, equipment's…).  

We want to develop and maintain data ingestion and processing systems  

We need to ensure data consistency and accuracy through data validation and cleansing techniques  

We need to handle multitenant data platform hosting data from several customers in cohabitation 

We need to manage access to data through RLS strategies and strong governance policies 

Responsibilities:

Assist in designing and updating conceptual and logical data models.  

Help build and maintain systems for data ingestion and processing.  

Help identify relevant metadata and build metadata driven process. 

Support efforts to ensure data consistency and accuracy using validation and cleansing techniques.  

Learn how to analyze data requirements and contribute to data migration projects. 

Help build data quality startegies and pipelines health checks.

Requirements:

Basic understanding of data modeling concepts (e.g., normalization, relationships, schemas). 

Familiar with relational databases and writing simple SQL queries. 

Eager to learn Power BI for data visualization.

Fluent English is necessary

Git (basic familiarity with version control) 

Power Automate (nice to have) 

Python (introductory knowledge, used for simple data tasks) 

Data Modelling: Star schema design (fact & dimension tables), basic normalization, cardinality, filter directions, type of joins, relationship building in Power BI.      

BI Tools: Power BI (DAX basics, Power Query), Excel

Data Handling: SQL (basic joins, filtering, aggregations), CSV/Excel data cleaning

Visualization: Creating interactive reports (KPI, slicers, bookmarks, field parameters, drillthrough)

Soft Skills: Analytical mindset, attention to detail, willingness to learn, effective communication, Problem solver with a “can do”, positive and pragmatic attitude
