**Your responsibilities**
+ Order entry, coordinate order notifications, invoice and credit notes issues
+ Ensuring that all the orders are completed and delivered on time to customers
+ Close cooperation with customers, sales, logistics, finance and other external partners on a daily basis
+ Other tasks assigned by manager
+ Support for Customer Service Team
+ Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat
**The experience we're looking for**
+ First experiences in customer services department, preferably in FMCG
+ Knowledge of SAP SD would be an advantage
+ Educated to minimum bachelors degree level
+ Advanced English and Polish
+ Knowledge of MS Office
