Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Junior Customer Service Specialist located in Wola Rakowa, Poland.

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the Junior Customer Service Specialist role involves managing customer orders and claims

What a typical day looks like:

Managing customer orders and claimsPerforming analyses and reporting activities related to orders and claimsCommunicating with other departments to collect data or informationEnsuring the quality of services meets the level expected by the customerContacting customers and representing the companyHandling daily inquiries from customers

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

Excellent proficiency in English and PolishHigh personal culture, openness, ability to listen and work in a team, and good communication skillsIntermediate knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPointExperience in working with international clients will be an advantageEligibility to work in Poland (EU)
