+ Collaborate with team members to streamline procure-to-pay processes and improve efficiency.
+ Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions for future reference.
+ Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures.
+ Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance service quality.
+ Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
+ Support the procurement team by managing vendor relationships and negotiations.
+ Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all customer service activities.
+ Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service operations through innovative solutions.
+ Participate in training sessions to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

**Qualifications**
