**Junior Customer Order Specialist**
The HPM Jr. Customer Order Specialist is responsible for ensuring day-to-day accurate processing of orders, change orders, etc. according to a set of KPIs such as Timely Customer Order Confirmation to provide a very good customer service.
**Your role:**
+ Accept and validate sales orders by checking references and ensuring all relevant information is accurate, while manually creating orders and monitoring those automatically generated through various channels.
+ Update orders in response to unavailability by liaising with delivery proposals, choosing alternatives when necessary, and revising order status. Confirm orders to customers and focus on resolving unhappy flows to ensure fulfillment.
+ Identify and address the root causes of non-touchless flows swiftly and efficiently by coordinating with appropriate personnel.
+ Report on order receipts and status updates, maintaining the administrative flow from order intake to sales recognition.
+ Manage the sales order process through to delivery, including coordination with third-party logistics and forwarding partner.
**You're the right fit if:**
+ You have a High School Diploma or Vocational Education.
+ For this role there is no prior experience required, it is preferred to be knowledgeable in Supply Chain and Order Management.
+ You are knowledgeable in SAP, Excel (Pivot Tables, Data visualization and manipulation)
+ You possess excellent written, verbal, and communication skills, with fluency in English.
+ You are a customer service-oriented, self-driven, proactive, and have a strong team player mindset.
**How we work together**
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
