**Overview**
**Main Tasks and Responsibilities**
+ Analyze the performance of CRM and digital campaigns with a focus on lead generation, conversion KPIs, and customer engagement, transforming data into actionable business insights.
+ Conduct analyses on the customer base to develop behavioral segmentation models, scoring systems, and key business indicators that support strategic marketing and commercial decisions.
+ Collect, organize, and validate data from internal and external sources, ensuring data quality and reliability throughout the analysis process.
+ Produce clear and impactful reports and presentations tailored to business stakeholders, enabling data-driven decisions.
**Hard Skills**
1. 2 years experience in a similar role, ideally within a consulting firm or structured corporate environment.
1. Strong analytical and quantitative skills. Proficiency in Excel or similar tools. Foundational knowledge of SQL or equivalent tools for analyzing large datasets.
1. Passion for uncovering patterns, identifying actionable trends, and delivering insights that drive business value.
1. Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik).
1. Experience with data cleaning and preparation workflows.
1. Familiarity with Python or another programming language is a plus, not a requirement.
1. Strategic mindset: able to extract meaningful insights that support business and marketing decisions.
1. Experience in optimizing analytical processes or reporting routines is appreciated.

+ Business-oriented and insight-driven approach, with the ability to translate complex data into strategic value.
+ Comfortable working in dynamic and evolving environments, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams (Marketing, CRM, Sales, Digital).
+ Strong communication skills, both written and verbal; able to engage with non-technical stakeholders and simplify analytical findings.
+ Previous experience in CRM or automotive-related projects is considered a plus.
